“Both price and delivery were factors in choosing to buy a tumble dryer from appliance direct. Ordering and payment went smoothly and selection of delivery date was perfect. Was kept up to date via email sms too. Unfortunately on the day delivery was late by 6 hours due to issues. This did spoil an otherwise good service but the delivery crew elevated an otherwise poor service with their courteous behaviour and professionalism so would probably risk using appliance direct in the future knowing if issues arise I will get my goods at least on the delivery day stated”

“Easy to order, quick delivery, one item damaged, replacement sent out after they received damaged item back Only down side, it is expensive to ring them, £4 for a 5min call”

“Speed of delivery was amazing - next day although I did not pay for express delivery. The new hob is great and looks good. Only issue was that the parcel tape at both ends of the box had been cut so the box was not sealed. I was worried that the item may have parts missing or had been opened before. However, the inner packaging was all good and nothing was missing. That said I don't think packages with broken seals should be sent to customers.”

“Again, a smooth service, I didn't expect my second dehumidifier to start to fail just after a much older one had to be replaced. As the service was swift and smooth last time a few weeks ago, I had no hesitations buying from them again.”

“I was quite pleased with the service from Appliances Direct. The price was very competitive and the Air Fryer arrived quickly and safely. My wife after looking at the Fryer said it wasn't the one she wanted. After contacting AD, they agreed to an exchange. I returned the original Fryer and after a bit of a delay and a few emails the new Multi Cooker arrived safely the next day.”

“Appliances Direct were great. However the washing machine when unwrapped the plug had the earth pin broken, I had to cut the broken plug off and replace it, I thought it was supposed to be a two man delivery team it was only one, The delivery van did not have a tail lift and the driver was dropping the appliances onto a sack trolley. The back of the washing machine also had a dent in the backplate which I removed and straightened out.”

“I ordered a coffee machine to be shipped to the Netherlands. Took them three days to confirm my payment (I had to call) but then they called me again to confirm the address and I finally had the machine within 8 days of my order. Very nice customer service and Myoverall experience was great!”

“Good price reasonable delivery time. Packing really bad gas hob damaged due to box burst and parts missing. Instructions and safety documents missing. Customer service was quick to arrange item return. Replacement dispatched reasonably quickly but really the packaging leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Item arrived on the specified day but not with the two delivery drivers expected. Got a strange text saying it was not in the right part of the warehouse so it wouldn'tr be deliverded. Luckily one of us was home when one man from the warehouse delivered the washing machine which was heavy for just him. Well done him for delivering despite being let down by other delivery drivers so it meant it was delivered on time as promised. Not 5 stars due to odd texts but they did fullfill the order on the chosen day”
