“Everything according to schedule except promised contact just prior to delivery didnt come. Which would have saved the delivery team some work. We have a difficult address to locate the contact just prior would have eliminated any confusion. That said delivery team very good.”

“I bought a re conditioned integrated fridge which was delivered promptly. I didn't expect it to look brand new and shiny, however it was in quite a state, it was so battered that actually we had to laugh. You may wonder then why I am giving 4 stars, well it's because customer services were great and solved my complaint with complete satisfaction. As the fridge is integrated, the damage is not obvious and it has not affected it's function at all, in fact it's a great little fridge”

“Service from Appliance Direct was good. Item arrived on time via DPD. The product (DeLonghi Pinguino portable air conditioner) is a good quality machine but is flawed for use in the UK by the short hot air exhaust hose and equally short power cable. I had to buy an extension hose and coupler off Amazon (cost £40 in total) so that it gave the ability to place the exhaust hose in higher up UPVC window apertures. Overall, the air con unit does a great job in cooling down the rooms in these hot humid summer evenings and much easier to sleep at night. It's not too noisy compared with the cheaper versions but don't expect it to be super quiet either.”

“I bought a portable air conditioner from Appliances Direct, it appeared to get damaged in shipping; the unit was missing a wheel. Appliances Direct were quick to answer and provide me with support to replace the damaged piece and make it right. I paid extra fir Saturday delivery however and for one reason or another this was not communicated with the courier and I had notifications that it would be delivered on a Thursday?”

“Although I had a problem with the first dehumidifier and returned it . It was dealt with really quickly. The dehumidifier is great it has cleared all the condensation really quickly and has made a difference. No more wet widow sills.”

“I had to call 5 days after my order to understand why my delivery date was pushed back. Customer services arrange next day delivery which arrived via DPD even with the bad snow 9th March. Good saving on prices at other online retailers for Karcher K5 car and home kit.”
