Received my sink Tuesday night broken gave them a call on the Wednesday and told the girl the problem took 10 minutes and sorted it out and had another sink by the Friday which I was happy with

Product was available quickly and price competitive. Unfortunately arrived damaged (only found after unwrapped ie after delivery team had left) but they answered phone quickly when I contacted them. They did try to persuade me to accept the product and have a discount but as I was unsure if the damage was only superficial, they finally agreed to replace. Was very happy that the replacement was delivered the following day, less happy that they only collected the damaged one 4 days later, a bit inconvenient to have an extra tumble drier in middle of the room.

Difficult to order on line, Rang and spoke to a representative who completed tghe order which arrived safely 3 days later

Delivery within 23 hrs of ordering on a Sunday was brilliant. Its only F rated, which isn't great but the size of it is perfect

I had the Electriq ice cube maker as a Mother’s Day gift. 6 months after purchase it stopped working. I emailed and explained it had stopped working and I was asked to send pictures of my appliance. I sent those across and was told a new machine would be sent out straight away. I received it within 48 hours but I was in hospital. I didn’t open the replacement one for nearly 2 weeks. Once it was opened and switched on it was making a different noise to the first once. This one turned out to be faulty too. Communication was much slower this time and twice I was asked to send in pictures after I’d sent them. I sent a video too of the noise it made when turned on. After 4 days I’d heard nothing so made contact again. Again I got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I waited gor 48 hours and then I got another message telling me the appliance I had was not in stock. I picked something similar and then received a phone call 48 hours later asking if I wanted to reorder or get a refund. I chose the reorder and my new ice machine (exactly the same as other 2 )was with me 48 hrs later. Apart from the customer service being a bit slow I’m very happy with the service I received.

Oven arrived on time but was broken..phoned company and 2 days later a replacement arrived..I've had a tv from them and would order from them again.

Although the delivery of my fridge failed, their customer service responded quicky once I contact them about my case, and fully refund within 3 days! That was amazing! Wish the delivery can be improved next time!

The communication was good apart from when I ordered my item I wasn’t told it was out of stock, I was told a delivery day 2nd December, then to be told 5th December, the to be told 13th December but the item turn up on 10th December. Just wish I was told it would be longer when I ordered on the 18th November as they were out of stock. Really pleased with item know it is here.

Delivery was supposed to be next day ( extra cost ) but in the event although the product was less than 20 miles away next day, DPD did not deliver for a further 24 hours.

Ordered dehumidifier on Wednesday with promised delivery of Monday. Day changed to Tuesday then was delivered on Saturday which was great, especially when everyone else was out of stock. Unit was delivered upside down. Decided to give it extra time to settle before using it. Works very well and makes a huge difference for drying clothes.

Expected delivery date got changed by 2 weeks. But really great service when I phoned to check and delivery was put back to original date. Didn’t like the pushy sales call to buy insurance but other than that v happy with the service.

No problems at all with Appliances Direct but the courier needs to teach their drivers how to handle items far better. Very bad damage to the box of our £740 kitchen microwave. I had to ask the driver to wait while I inspected the microwave and the top part of the box/packaging just came away from the bottom.

Really good and fast service if you contact them by email. Can't fault them on that side of their service, but don't bother contacting them by phone. It will cost you a lot of money on the phone bill. You will wait a long time to be answered and the problem won't be dealt with. I would recommend this company.

The dehumidifier I bought had some minor damage. This issue was resolved very quicky and to my satifaction.
