“Found good price on a Washer/Dryer. However, online booking was problematic as it key saying payment cannot be processed but did not say why. I called customer services who were helpful and completed the order. I was sent a secure link to complete payment which made me feel secure paying online. I was kept informed regularly on the progress of my order and it was delivered as agreed date and schedule. Delivery charge seemed high for goods I ordered which was over £350. So, 4 stars for not able to book online and high charge for delivery which I would expect to be free”

“Our order was dealt with promptly and supported with clear emails regarding our collection information. Unfortunately the date of its arrival at the depot was moved several times which did cause a few problems . Our driver did struggle to actually find the correct building, and he wasn’t the only one in the day. So we would suggest better signage. Once there it did take 30 minutes to find our item but the staff were very helpful and it was soon loaded into our vehicle. Overall we have been very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“Shortage of goods so delay by only one day though. £10 voucher as apology. (Think should be cash back onto account of customer as may be a while before ordering anything else).”

“The ordering process was fine. You were let down with the delivery of the oven which was 'dumped' in the residents lobby without ringing our apartment bell. Which was an embarrassment as a Magnolia Court residents meeting was held next morning.”

“this isn't the first time we have used appliance direct to purchase a home appliance (microwave). The make, price and own driver delivery suited our needs excellently. The staff at the pick-up point were very welcoming and helpful. The only problem I encountered was the post code specified for the pick-up was wrong. Should have been LE74 2HJ not DE74 2HL as specified on the documentation received. Otherwise a perfect purchase.”

“Multi split and extra pipe work, multi split arrived on time, extra pipe 2 days late, multi split could do with around another 150mm added to the indoor units, most modern walls are thicker, and as they are at the moment the connections are in the wall, making them difficult to put in”
