“My delivery arrived on the scheduled day, and they rung me to let me know they were 45 minutes away. They were friendly and I had no issues at all with them.”

“I had a problem with the dehumidifier I had bought because the external drainage hose didn't work as advertised. I was able to find a solution and therefore did not return the machine. The company was polite and professional in my dealings with it.”

“Good price and I've bought several times from them before. The delivery was delayed several times but they emailed me in advance every time and given I wasn't in a rush to get it, I was fine with it.”

“All good and arrived quicker than expected as we paid for standard delivery HOWEVER the delivery date stated in the confirmation and subsequent tracking was rubbish. It informed us we would receive 1st October which changed our plans for that day but the tracking never got passed the ‘label has been printed’. so we had no clue as to it’s arrival. it subsequently arrived and left on the front doorstep in the rain whilst we were out shopping. Not good for an electrical item in a cardboard box,”

“Excellent customer service before buying my samsumg A72 phone. Price a little more expensive than some sights and I wasn't happy that I had to pay postage. However having had a few problems from another site decided to go with AD. No comment on returns or refunds.”

“I bought a double oven and when it arrived, it had been damaged. Spoke to someone who said that another one would be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. Spoke with someone and they said that it would be delivered the following day. That didn't happen. Spoke with someone else, they said that the replacement would be delivered the day after tomorrow. I spoke with someone else later to find out what time and was told that they didn't have any more in stock. Spoke with a manager and got a refund practically straight away, unlike other companies who make you wait a week or so. Not too happy that I had to find another oven but happy that I got my money back”

“Painless transaction I saw the cooker that I wanted ordered it online and paid for it. They did ring me to confirm delivery date etc. It was delivered on that day to a room of my choice and unpacked and cardboard etc taken away. I Paid for that option but the deliverymen hadn't been informed of it which I found a bit strange. Love my new cooker.”

“great online experience got call the same day from a lady giving me delivery date got delivery but lady had said i would get phone call 1 hour before delivery which i did not get and as im disabled delivery driver chapped my door and left gas hob at my front door but i managed to get to door and call him back to put into my kitchen but im happy with how it all went”

“I bought an A1 rated refurbished retro fridge freezer which was heavily discounted and is like new. I really can't find anything at all wrong with it (and I'm picky!) I was given a quick delivery date on placing the order and then was subsequently offered an even earlier delivery at no extra cost. The delivery people were pleasant, respectful and helpful. My only issue was the very early delivery time of 7am ...but then this allowed me to get the fridge freezer set up and in full use by the afternoon.”

“They had what we wanted in stock at a reasonable price, in October 2021 that was a big thing. The offered a good selection of delivery times and communication was exactly as they said it would be. Only four stars because the description of "placing appliance in place and removing packaging" was not strictly true, they delivered the item without packaging resulting in slight damage. I should say that the customer service over this issue was faultless.”
