“I had to wait a while for my items to be in stock but they arrived on the expected date and the delivery men (both) were very friendly and arrived when stated. All in all good service. It would have been better if both items arrived at the same time though.”

“I was very happy with the customer service I received…communication was excellent….delivery was fast & the drivers were extremely polite, helpful & they adhered to all Covid 19 practices very well. I’m not one that likes to complain & it is a stunning Fridge/Freezer, however the description online stated black & even the box on arrival stated Icon-Black but once we had removed all packaging it was definitively not black…it was more Silver!! I’ve told the other half that I don’t want the hassle of sending it back & now he needs to re-decorate the kitchen! 🤷‍♀️”

“The oven seems fine and I'm looking forward to using it. The DPD driver complained about how heavy it was though! Also, I could have done without the superfluous "courtesy call".”

“Ordered from this company a couple of times in the past with no issues. On this occasion I set a delivery date for 20/08/21 which was a week and a half after placing my order as my new kitchen wouldn’t be ready to receive the appliance until then but the delivery turned up exactly a week early. Why put a choose a delivery date box when you are creating an order if they take no notice of it but reap the delivery charge”

“I got contacted via messenger saying if I replied by 12.30 I could have the oven delivered the next day for free instead of the original date. Item did not arrive. Then back to the original date. No delivery!! Was told the driver had to go home😡. Eventually got it the next day. No happy as taken time of work.”

“The delivery was very quick. However. The choice of couriers is not good. My package turned up with loads of DPD tape all over it and holes in the side of the box. The top of the appliance has a dent in it. Not so much that it is damaged but still not great. Ditch DPD”

“Ordered on line- easy Then had a customer service call about my order- helpful and friendly Delivery was a bit less sleek but all items arrived by the day expected. Had a problem with one item (leg broken on wine cooler) rang Customer service and they arranged an immediate replacement and pick up of damaged item- excellent service. Delivery again good with the only criticism being the number of texts received. All round very happy with products and Customer Service”

“delivery was fast and efficient (although had paid the extra for next day delivery, but worth it), delivery staff were amazing, brought it into the property unpackaged the item and took photos of perfect condition. The appliance itself is great and a cheaper price than anywhere else I searched for the exact same item. Only 4 stars as the initial item ordered didn't work. Customer service was excellent when called and a new item sent the following day.”

“Absolutely brilliant from placing the order to it being delivered! Only issue I have with it was the issue of chewing gum at the bottom of the box and with covid package should have been checked. But item arrived perfectly packed and no damage.”

“Appliances Direct delivered as promised and I use them for Laptops as well. I would say that the unit I purchased is somewhat louder than expected, the AC compressor is twice as loud as our fridge. Other than that everything is good.”
