“You handled my problems OK. The only problem I had was, I had to return both microwaves before you would send replacements. This was done very speedily, but did delay me getting the microwaves. I thought delivery on part would have been more economical if you could have picked up the damaged microwaves when delivering a replacement. And quicker for me.”

“Excellent range of goods that are easy to find and compare on their website. Washing machine delivered on agreed date. The courier drive was very helpful and friendly. The washing Miele machine is very well made with a good range of functions and facilities. Could have done without the 'phone call trying to sell me product insurance.”

“Ordered an air cooler which arrived bang on time but unfortunately had a fault and was not working properly. I started a return request immediately and a collection was sorted the next day with a full refund within 10 days. Dissapointing that the device didnt work but very satisfied with the way the company efficiently dealt with it.”

“My chimney hood came damaged and not boxed up very well. When I bought it I knew it may have moderate damage however it was extremely damaged and not good enough to put up. I called and the service was great it was picked up and another appliance was offered and delivered within a week or so. Very please with this and the other 3 of my appliances purchased.”

“Helpful, friendly service. Phones answered promptly. Item delivered on time. Generally good communication. The phone line is charged at 13p a minute, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I don't think it right to be charged to call a company to resolve an issue or place an order.”

“Ordered an LG 55" Nanocell TV. Comparable price with other places but unavailable in any walk-in shop. Arrived on time. Perfect condition. However TV developed a fault...flashes of light across the screen. Contacted App D. They asked for a video of the fault which I sent. They uplifted the TV and checked it out. They said they couldn't find the fault described. I was offered replacement or refund. Took the refund. So ... excellent customer service but disappointed with the TV.”

“Ordered an American Fridge Freezer; and price, availability and time to delivery were all excellent. Unfortunately, the item developed a fault, and Appliances Direct collected and refunded the item quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience. One concern (for the delivery drivers) was that for such a heavy item, the delivery vehicle should have been equipped with a tail lift”

“Had an issue with our new sink once we had opened it. A quick call and a few photos the problem was resolved. They ordered a new sink for next day delivery which was great. Good communication throughout my issue, but it was resolved well. Many thanks”

“Great service etc. Item i was looking for was "in stock". On that basis and with the price good i ordered online just before the cut off time. Was advised the item was dispatched and the courier advised prior when to expect the item delivered in a one hour time slot the next day. Terrific !! Having used this company before i was aware how reliable their service and delivery could be and will know doubt use them again in the future.”

“Ordered a new kettle. Good price , and reasonable delivery chatrge. Actually arrived early . Box had a couple of corners slightly squashed probably because only a thin pastci wrapper , but no damage to contents. Overall have been pleased.”
