Ordered on line- easy
Then had a customer service call about my order- helpful and friendly
Delivery was a bit less sleek but all items arrived by the day expected.
Had a problem with one item (leg broken on wine cooler) rang Customer service and they arranged an immediate replacement and pick up of damaged item- excellent service.
Delivery again good with the only criticism being the number of texts received. All round very happy with products and Customer Service
