“Had an issue with our new sink once we had opened it. A quick call and a few photos the problem was resolved. They ordered a new sink for next day delivery which was great. Good communication throughout my issue, but it was resolved well. Many thanks”

“Great service etc. Item i was looking for was "in stock". On that basis and with the price good i ordered online just before the cut off time. Was advised the item was dispatched and the courier advised prior when to expect the item delivered in a one hour time slot the next day. Terrific !! Having used this company before i was aware how reliable their service and delivery could be and will know doubt use them again in the future.”

“Ordered a new kettle. Good price , and reasonable delivery chatrge. Actually arrived early . Box had a couple of corners slightly squashed probably because only a thin pastci wrapper , but no damage to contents. Overall have been pleased.”

“Ordering was easy telephone assistance superb. E mail contact quick. Howe vet my delivery slot email said the driver would contact me Halfcan hour before delivery. But he did not which meant the item was delivered to the property without my knowledge. Fortunately the tenant was in. But this is the second time this has happened. Also the tenant said that the delivery guys were not very happy or helpful.”

“The toilet seat we ordered arrived damaged, almost certainly during transit as the corner of the carton was broken off and the seat corner broken as well. We contacted customer support who were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the following day. There was no hassle and the service was excellent. The courier was efficient and gave a timed delivery slot.”

“Very happy with Appliances Direct, not at all happy with the company you use to deliver your good, I'm talking about ArrowXL. I paid to have my old washing machine taken away after new one was delivered. It was not. Told by driver a different van would collect and take away the old machine, this did not happen.Contacted ArrowXL and informed that they have not been disposing of old appliances since last March. Contacted Appliances Direct and informed that this was not the case, and a pick up of the old machine was arranged for 13th April, a fortnight hence, so I now have an old washing machine sitting on my driveway for the next two weeks. As I have said very happy with Appliances Direct not with ArrowXL. Would strongly suggest you look into changing your courier company. The terrible service they provide can only rub off against yourselves, which can only do your company harm. I sincerely hope ArrowXL do pick up my old washing machine on 13th April if not I shall be forced to ask yourselves for a refund of this service which I have already paid for. Please do yourselves a favour and find a more reliable courier company who do not lie to YOUR customers.”

“The freezer was delivered on time and, so far, seems to be working perfectly. However, given that I specifically bought one to keep in a brick shed in my garden and that the description on the site said it was suitable for this, I was annoyed when I was told that the warranty would not be valid if I was keeping it in my shed.”

“If I was reviewing the product and price only, I’d have given 5 stars. I dropped a star however as I chose a specific day for a delivery on the drop down menu provided, as it was the only day everyone would be home to receive the delivery. The next day I received an email from the courier telling me that had the item on the van and it was out for delivery that day!! Why ask what date I want delivery if you’re just going to delivery when you fancy? That said...the air con unit is brilliant. Easy to install and doing a great job for a brilliant price.”
