“Ordered on line- easy Then had a customer service call about my order- helpful and friendly Delivery was a bit less sleek but all items arrived by the day expected. Had a problem with one item (leg broken on wine cooler) rang Customer service and they arranged an immediate replacement and pick up of damaged item- excellent service. Delivery again good with the only criticism being the number of texts received. All round very happy with products and Customer Service”

“delivery was fast and efficient (although had paid the extra for next day delivery, but worth it), delivery staff were amazing, brought it into the property unpackaged the item and took photos of perfect condition. The appliance itself is great and a cheaper price than anywhere else I searched for the exact same item. Only 4 stars as the initial item ordered didn't work. Customer service was excellent when called and a new item sent the following day.”

“Absolutely brilliant from placing the order to it being delivered! Only issue I have with it was the issue of chewing gum at the bottom of the box and with covid package should have been checked. But item arrived perfectly packed and no damage.”

“Appliances Direct delivered as promised and I use them for Laptops as well. I would say that the unit I purchased is somewhat louder than expected, the AC compressor is twice as loud as our fridge. Other than that everything is good.”

“Likewise, my Smeg range arrived damaged. However, the Returns Team and particularly 'Karla' were quick to order and despatch the replacement parts. No fuss, no hassle. There were also issues with late delivery (down to the lazy delivery driver not Appliances Direct) but again this was speedily rectified. No complaints. I would recommend App. Direct and will use again.”

“I ordered an extractor fan. The website recommended some charcoal filters. When they arrived they were the wrong size for the fan. I complained and they sent me the correct ones straight away. Although there was an initial mistake they corrected it speedily and at no extra cost. So I must say I am very satisfied with the after sales service.”

“Everything Great BUT .... I had reason to ring and get advice on my delivered item. Didn't realise their call number beginning 087 charges me 58p/minute before I rang. Had to go through MANY .... press 1 , press 2 etc and eventually I was cut off before getting any advice .... BEWARE calling them on this number .... ALWAYS email them. I only realised when my CAP limit was reached and informed me... luckily I set a small CAP limit.”

“Delivery on day of my choice. The courier placed box inside my front door as requested. However, When I said that I Had to unpack it to check all ok he said he couldn't wait for that and had taken a photograph of box, inside door, as proof of delivery of undamaged box. Thankfully I found no damage when I unpacked it.”

“You handled my problems OK. The only problem I had was, I had to return both microwaves before you would send replacements. This was done very speedily, but did delay me getting the microwaves. I thought delivery on part would have been more economical if you could have picked up the damaged microwaves when delivering a replacement. And quicker for me.”
