“After researching what we wanted on a number of sites and trying to compare our favourite 5 down to 2 appliances, we found the Appliance Direct site was easy to navigate, find what we wanted and gave us a clear idea of all costs. Only did not give a full 5/5 due to the delivery being delayed by one day otherwise this is a great place to source your white goods from.”

“Every step was easy from start to finish. Tumble dryer arrived as advised. Works well,very happy. Only comment the delivery man did not unpack so I Had to get rid of the packaging.”

“Happy with the fire we had from them. We had our delivery put back twice due to stock issue. The actual delivery was good though. No damages on the fire as was packed really well. Happy to have it finally on the wall.”

“Item in stock for collection which was handy as it was a replacement for a customer so it meant they weren’t having to wait around for delivery. However due to Covid restrictions allow plenty of time if collecting as Elland warehouse was busy.”
