“Product is a thing of beauty and seems to be working perfectly. Delivery was on time, but only one guy and it really needed two as I had paid for my old fridge to be taken away and I found myself having to help lift it down the outside steps (after having to move it across the kitchen and hall to the door myself because no one allowed inside due to Covid) I am a 60 year old woman and it was at the limits of my strength so it wasn't ideal.”

“Great price and delivery on the day stated. Only issue was the delivery slot was 8am to 8pm so had to arrange to be in for the full day and the delivery arrived just after 4pm. Other than that Great service.”

“Speed of delivery was great and parcel arrived safely in the manufacturers box only. Appliancesdirect should make it clear on their website that search engine price excludes VAT. Their delivery charges also incur VAT on the final invoice.”

“My new fridge arrived the following morning after ordering; great service. One minor complaint; I paid to have the old one removed but the driver explained that with the current situation that wasn’t possible. Swift apology and refund from AD but It would have been better to have known in advance and not charged. Otherwise very good service indeed.”

“I have no problem with appliances direct, or my oven, but the delivery was terrible. It was a day late but no-one told me till I phoned up on the first night. When it finally did get to me the men were good. But 2 days off for one delivery, not happy.”
