“Great service apart from paid £30 for a Monday delivery and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday .I suspect it was a courier service fault as my order was dispatched on the previous Thursday the day the order was placed.”

“needed an oven 2 days before christmas and these guys helped me out no end. Delivery was fast and got a phonecall 10 minutes before delivery which was helpful. had a nightmare fitting oven bit that was due to socket needing moving so it would fit. happy wit oven and would deffo recommend for the price. it saved my christmas”

“Appliance Direct did everything they promise on their Website only problem I had was the LG TV Apps. No ITV Hub or MY5. My fault I should have checked so now will have to buy Firestick at £30 to get the apps I want.”

“Great item and timely delivery. Only complaint was a very bad tempered and rude delivery person - I suggest conduct by delivery personnel should be improved in order to encourage returning customers. Not a nice ending to an otherwise smooth transaction.”
