“I had two appliances from Appliances Direct recently. One was delivered on time, the other a few hours late. I had to report slight damage to the washing machine and Appliances Direct dealt with this very quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest on everything although, as with other suppliers, there are some good deals to be had. All in all no serious complaints and I would order from Appliance Direct again.”

“After being given 3 delivery dates through December I was not happy at the prospect of not having my freezer by Xmas. However a phone call from a very nice lady assured me that it would definitely be here on the 15th which restored my faith. Following that I was kept informed as to the exact time allowing me to plan my day. Now very happy with a full freezer for Xmas.”

“HOTPOINT FLAT BED MICROWAVE Product on shelf in Curry's, but out of stock and no delivery date available!!! Ordered from Appliances Direct from the Curry's shop,£ 30 cheaper also. Very Good Customer support before and after delayed delivery, DPD ISSUE!!!! Paid for next day delivery, which I thought was ambitious at 6p.m., arrived on the 3rd day, but delivery charges have been refunded following telephone call.”

“The ordering was easy, the appliance is awesome but the deliver courier needs looked at. Paid for next day delivery, Saturday, no show, no email or text to explain why, tried to call Monday but only automated service, prebooked for Tuesday, they tried to deliver Monday when I was out! Want to order a range cooker and an American fridge freezer but who knows when I’ll get it? Might just pay extra elsewhere and get it delivered to suit me”

“Ordered wine cooler online, no issues, however delivery subsequently delayed twice. Kept informed throughout, except on delivery day, no phone call received 30 mins before as email/text indicated. Would not hesitate to use them again though”
