“Good price on my washing machine, customer service were friendly enough when a follow up call was made. Found the delivery quite disappointing as this was re-scheduled a couple of times, took a long time between ordering and receiving the product.”

“Great products. Good customer care on the telephone. The men who delivered brought it up my outdoor stairs which was a huge help. My only issue was setting up direct debits for cover on products that I never agreed too! On the whole though, great service.”

“Order and delivery time perfect. Think it is time to review your delivery service though as I have a first floor flat and the guy’s refused to deliver to my front door leaving me to find a way to get my dishwasher up a flight of stairs.”

“Ordered a Fridgemaster fridge/freezer in May during lockdown. The price was very good. They had no stock then but promised they could get us one for 1st July. It was delivered on 1st July. The delivery team were brilliant and got the large object over the doorstep for us to take over. We knocked a star off only because we were given about a day’s notice they were coming! They delivered in the time slot and with 30min notice”

“Delivery was excellent. Item was the correct size as stated in the advert. We bought it to place in the garage as it said in the advert it was suitable for outbuildings- once purchased it seems it is not so.”

“Reliable purchase and delivery. I bought an air con unit for next day delivery. This meant it came by DPD couriers. I was kept updated on a delivery slot the night before the delivery, that gave a one hour range. The After Sales were hard to get of (I had a couple of questions before buying that Sales unlikely to know) but probably down to working from home due to the pandemic. Sales were swift to pick up the phone and try to help.”

“A good price and easy to order. Delivery came on time. Both range cooker and cooker hood were well packed however, the plinth for the base of the cooker was bent. I immediately emailed the company as there are no phone lines due to covid but I have not yet received any response however the delivery was only 2 days ago. Other that that, everything was very good.”
