“Quick delivery, but be aware that if you order accessories for your appliance this company might send them via a different courier. I ordered a cooker hood and venting kit. The venting kit was delivered 3 hours after the cooker hood, so the electrician was twiddling his thumbs! Don't understand why! Cooker is fine!”

“Ordered fridge pointed out it might have slight cosmetic damage arrived 2 days later ordinary delivery dent the size of a pinhead which no one has commented on no probs. Only thing annoyed me the delivery co did not inform me of the time slot which would have been useful. Would use again.”

“Straight forward ordering, payment and delivery. Phone call from customer service dept was dealt with in a professional manner, to confirm items purchased and my alternative delivery address. Only issue was delivery time. Ordered Monday morning and delivery was Friday afternoon. Delivery was an additional payment and though there was a more expensive faster option,I felt it was rather slow considering it was charged for. Other than that quality items at a decent price.”

“Good freezer only problem was the delivery supposed to deliver on Tuesday then suddenly changed to Monday. Was difficult as I had to change my plans. Apart from that everything else went ok.”

“Ordered a dishwasher. I had choice of dates. Emailed regular with an update and had a phone call 30 mins before arrival. The 2 gentleman who unwrapped it were lovely and helpful. Great service will be shopping on here again!”
