Reliable purchase and delivery. I bought an air con unit for next day delivery. This meant it came by DPD couriers. I was kept updated on a delivery slot the night before the delivery, that gave a one hour range. The After Sales were hard to get of (I had a couple of questions before buying that Sales unlikely to know) but probably down to working from home due to the pandemic. Sales were swift to pick up the phone and try to help.
