“I found it easy to research and buy a hoover from Appliances Direct. Promptly after ordering, I had a call from Customer Services with the intention of selling insurance to me. The chap was friendly, helpful and professional, and it made sense for me to insure my hoover. Where the service let me down was delivery. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery. However, I got it four days later. So it was a relief to get it.”

“Ordering was very easy over the telephone as the online service was very busy and didn’t work correctly. Delivery was fast and the tracking of the parcel faultless. My only issue is that to talk with them you have to use an 0871 telephone number which costs money even on my unlimited calls service, would have been a 5 star review otherwise.”

“Appliance arrived the very next day and was exactly as described and expected, so very pleased. I had input all my payment details before the cost of delivery was shown to me, but it was reasonable. Very happy with appliance which was a NEF extractor fan. Website was simple to use and showed helpful feedback on a large range of extractor fans, so plenty of choice”

“My freezer broke during isolation and I lost most of my frozen food. Appliances Direct managed to get me a chest freezer delivered to my barn the next day! My only issue was that it was delivered upside down and because the delivery men can’t take any packaging away, I had to lift it and put it in place by myself! I’m only slight and no one to help me, so they lost a star there because of it being delivered the wrong way up. Never mind, job done and Rosie in customer service was lovely, patient and very helpful! Thank you Appliances Direct - just please check your packaging!”
