“Purchased a bravia tv, delivery perfect, delivery guy perfect. 1 issue, appliances direct advertise this tv has having a dual position stand. It is not, the stand is only available to be fitted in the wide position. Annoying as I now have to get a new tv cabinet.”

“I would have left 5 stars had the delivery been on the day stated on the tracker. Delivery driver told me she had too many parcels on her van and had to take mine off. No problem normally but we were waiting to drive the item to Somerset so delayed us by one day. Product was as described and very easy to fit, would use company again.”

“Good price, very helpful staff but delivery was a nightmare. Ordered friday paid extra for next day delivery waited in all day as the tracking said was 'out for delivery'. Did not arrive - phoned Monday - returned the extra to my account no problem, apologised for not arriving Saturday but definitely going to be today - explained i had to go out for 30 minutes arranged to leave note on door saying where to leave. When got home he had been whilst i was out and didnt leave parcel as required signature (I had confirmed it did not). Delivered tuesday first thing - no signature required and is perfect. Delivery needs sorting out but customer service excellent and products very good”

“Purchasing a Bosch dishwasher by phone was quick & easy. Delivery occurred on the stated day alrhough quite late due to a puncture to the delivery van. I was kept informed re progress re delivery. I would use again.”

“Happy!!! Never buy from this company, I purchased an air conditioner in May which is faulty and cannot get it returned or repairedbdespitevtakingbout a 5 year guarantee, their customer services is non existent and I have emailed three times to their complaints department with no response whatsoever, emails to Managing Director, Complaints Manager and individuals go unanswered, impossible to speak to anyone on phone.I am now having to initiate legal proceedings as they are in breach of contract, seemingly they don't care if they are.”

“Great products. Good customer care on the telephone. The men who delivered brought it up my outdoor stairs which was a huge help. My only issue was setting up direct debits for cover on products that I never agreed too! On the whole though, great service.”

“Order and delivery time perfect. Think it is time to review your delivery service though as I have a first floor flat and the guy’s refused to deliver to my front door leaving me to find a way to get my dishwasher up a flight of stairs.”
