Happy!!! Never buy from this company, I purchased an air conditioner in May which is faulty and cannot get it returned or repairedbdespitevtakingbout a 5 year guarantee, their customer services is non existent and I have emailed three times to their complaints department with no response whatsoever, emails to Managing Director, Complaints Manager and individuals go unanswered, impossible to speak to anyone on phone.I am now having to initiate legal proceedings as they are in breach of contract, seemingly they don't care if they are.
