Good price, very helpful staff but delivery was a nightmare. Ordered friday paid extra for next day delivery waited in all day as the tracking said was 'out for delivery'. Did not arrive - phoned Monday - returned the extra to my account no problem, apologised for not arriving Saturday but definitely going to be today - explained i had to go out for 30 minutes arranged to leave note on door saying where to leave. When got home he had been whilst i was out and didnt leave parcel as required signature (I had confirmed it did not). Delivered tuesday first thing - no signature required and is perfect. Delivery needs sorting out but customer service excellent and products very good
