To whom it may concern I ordered several objects from your self's in august. I ordered the items by looking at the delivery date AND ORDERING IN GOOD TIME BORE I HAD MY KITCHEN FITTED. My delivery should now be complete, which it is not. We brought a oven from yourself approx March 18, then back in November 18 then oven broke, (which took weeks to fix) now 8 months late it’s broke again exactly the same issue as before. Now to be told it’s out of warranty, and we will get charged to fix it, I have been speaking with customer services who may I add have been understanding, but the faults departments is shocking rude in professional won’t take my calls or even your customer services calls. We reported this problem on Monday 17th June and it’s now the 20th June. No one from the contact department has got back to us, all we keep getting is the warranties department are looking into it. I was thought customer service was important but doesn’t look like it to your company!!!!!!!!!

I've told Appliances Direct that you have noticed that they are cherry picking the people they ask for reviews from and that it will skew their review results. I wanted to review them but I am going to hold off doing so until this is sorted. They have asked me to inform you that they cannot seem to find this issue on their Trustpilot. They say that they ask all their customers to write reviews. Could you help or at least inform them about what is going on? Thank you.

Probably "new" but all are damaged goods for resale at discounted prices. All damage is claimed to be cosmetic only and does not affect operation.

I am having my oven delivered today and have paid for the old one to be taken away. Will they disconnect the old oven or am I expected to have done this?

My new hot point washer was delivered but the connecting hose was dirty, had a smell of stale water and it was black around the rim. It wasn’t in a bag like it should have been. It was obvious that it was an old one that had been used elsewhere. I am not happy about that. Goodness knows where it came from. Why is this?

Do not use this company we have had a terrible experience with these , we ordered a cooker from them they responded straight away to confirm order actually twice by phone, to be ignored by e-mail several times to prompt them for diary date and also by phone that was automated to a music machine on occasion we would receive email saying we have not forgotten you , 1 month a 2 weeks later my husband picked it up without me knowing. because he was on root that way to doctors which i was VERY annoyed with because I had been without an oven for a month and a half I use my oven a lot so I needed this company to know just how i felt but my poor dear husband took the brunt OF MY ANGER I can honestly say I will not use these again they need to be struck off and the good reviews regarding this company i don't believe we have used them twice both occasions made me infuriated,, very angry, wife GRRRRR

No question other than do you read these reviews which if you did you would do something about the service and your delivery agents. It is appalling and I will be saying so on every review site there is because the service I have received from you and your delivery agents is so bad that I will shout from the roof tops to deter people from using this company that makes money from lying and letting people down. You should be ashamed as a company for the poor service you provide and get people to part with their money for.
