“Very friendly and efficient service. They matched another suppliers price and delivered on the day promised. Only downside was a wait of over 2 weeks for Samsung washing machine. I suspect they had to await a shipment.”

“The mobile was due to be delivered but I never received a dispatch note. When I called the service team they were brilliantly ant and arranged for direct dispatch from the supplier so my son got his birthday present in time. Very happy.”

“Item delivered promptly, with good communication. Paid extra for next day delivery but was given 6pm - 8pm timeslot, which is reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - was expecting a daytime delivery when I had tradesman in the house to fit it. Ordering was easy, competitive price and item works well.”

“Overall a positive experience. Good choice, reasonable pricing, good delivery experience, although the packing could have been considerably better. I would like to see, preferably prior to dispatch a description of what damage the selected item shows. All these items are either "shop soiled" or "returned damaged" for resale. Our washing machine arrived in very poor packing and showing a large dent on the front of the machine and while this damage us purely "cosmetic" and doesn't affect the operation I would liked to have known it was there. Possibly prior advice of what the damage is is not possible therefore I suggest that a description of the existing damage is included with the packing note.”

“Easy to order. Arrived within expected time frame. Delivery guys upwrapped and placed where I wanted. My only grievance was that I asked where the instructions were and one of the guys said they'll b somewhere. Fully expecting him to check his van for them, instead they drove off!!! Drop and ran!! Luckily they were inside the dishwasher.”

“Very pleased with service, when I ordered I selected standard delivery, it arrived the following day. Tap not installed yet as it’s to go in a new kitchen, just hope I don’t have problems with it when it is as I am not sure how long it will be now until kitchen ready.”

“I ordered a cooker hood express delivery which, unfortunately had slight damage to the chimney when unpacked. When I contacted appliances direct they were so helpful, offered me a spare part but were out of stock and therefore a full replacement. The original was collected the next day and the replacement was with me the day after that. It was totally hassle free and the customer service was great and professional. For that reason, I will definitely shop there again as sometimes returns and problems, should they arise, can be an absolute nightmare to deal with. Well done :)”

“Bought the Electriq 2.00CD dehumidifier through Appliances Direct on a sale price 2 weeks ago to eliminate condensation on the windows. The delivery was fast and secure with no damages. The dehumidifier is a fully automated machine that has various settings which makes it easy to use, and very easy on the eye. It has eliminated the problem.... so far. Very pleased with the excellent service.”

“Excellent service usually. However have only give 4 stars as the fridge I purchased was advertised as 2 year warranty, whereas it is only 1 year. When I questioned this, three times, I was fobbed off or ignored. Otherwise am very happy with the service of this company.”
