I could not ask for better service. An error on my part resulted in the incorrect product being delivered. My fault not the company. A swift phone call/email quickly resolved the issue, with the correct product now being delivered. No problem with the return of the incorrect product, full refund along with a discount. Return postage at my expense, but is the norm. I should also add that delivery was within 24 hrs of placing the order. Finally the product was everything that was expected, and does what it says on the tin
