“Havng previously placed an order with Appliance Direct for a free standing freezer and been more than satisfied with them on price and subsquently upon the speedy and couteous delivery service, I elected to place a second order for a washing machine with a 1600 spin cycle. Although pleased with both the washing machine itself and the fact that it was competitively priced, the delivery service was very slow with the item arriving almost three hours behind schedule. That delay cost me an additional THIRTY POUNDS in charges for havng my installer wait until 6pm before he could start his work.”

“Very quick delivery as promised. Item bought - Electriq 20 litre air conditioner - in perfect condition and working well. Useful product booklet enclosed with helpline number of the back. The only thing I am unsure about is that I purchased an extra 5 year guarantee from you. Do I have to register that? Do I have to register the shorter manufacturer's guarantee also. Have you emailed confirmation to me? Will I get confirmation by post? Have given a long, favourable review of the product on Amazon, under the Appliaces Direct link to the product, though I am glad I bought direct from Appliances Direct website.”

“Quick efficient delivery. The only down side is a follow up call to try and sell insurance cover. Put a box on the order to say 'I wish to purchase insurance cover" would be better.”

“Great appliances, good price. Had to wait about 2 weeks to get goods delivered which isn’t great . Kept in touch which is really good but they failed to ring 30minutes before delivery as I had requested. We were told to make sure the men undid the goods and we checked them but the men didn’t want to undo goods as they wouldn’t get all the deliveries done if they did this for customers. But we love the appliances !”

“*Placed order by phone, no problem. *Found warehouse in Elland,no problem. *Member of staff polite, checked details on computer, no problem. *Wait for item to reach reception took a little longer than expected, apologies from reception staff member. *Freezer appears to be working well.”

“No problem the delivery men took my old machine even though they had to come upstairs to deliver the one and take the old one. I however had to bring the new washer into the kitchen and i eventurally got the bolts of the back of it. I managed to set it up myself and it works a dream. Thank you .”
