“Thrilled at the price and thrilled that next day or Saturday delivery was offered. Needed items ASAP as new kitchen being installed Not thrilled with the constant change of delivery dates One item did arrive on time”

“I have not as yet had my cooker connected. As it was not delivered on the date specified, iwas told the delivery amount would be refunded. The delivery was £19 plus, but i was only refunded £10, please explain”

“Appliances Direct is an excellent company. I have purchased items from them previously and would do so again however in this instance the delivery company let them and me down. I requested and paid for next day delivery. The company failed to deliver the next day and eventually delivered the parcels three days late. The poor performance of the transport company reflects badly on Appliance Direct. I wanted next day delivery for a good reason, and was let down.”
