“Very good service, good communication and delivered as promised. Brilliant washing machine as described and at great price, thank you. Only quibble with follow up call when they want you to take longer product guarantee, but caller was lovely”

“Appliances Direct is an excellent company. I have purchased items from them previously and would do so again however in this instance the delivery company let them and me down. I requested and paid for next day delivery. The company failed to deliver the next day and eventually delivered the parcels three days late. The poor performance of the transport company reflects badly on Appliance Direct. I wanted next day delivery for a good reason, and was let down.”

“Quick and efficient delivery. Decent wine cooler and keeps the drinks chilled better than the Bosch it replaced. Time will tell with the over-all quality. Blue lighting which can be switched off is quite cool.”
