“Paid for the next day delivery, but got it a day late. AD refunded me the extra paid for next day delivery. All in all AD deserve 4.5 out of 5, as they were one of the best prices off the Internet.”

“The oven I bought for my daughter was very good value for money and is both functional and cosmetically pleasing. I could have done without the follow-up call trying to sell me breakdown cover, which was delivered in an extremely patronising manner by someone who spoke to me as though I was seven, rather than 67.”

“Very easy process, but I paid extra for next day delivery (Thursday) and the driver reported that he couldn't find the address. He didn't try to call for directions. The delivery then happened on the Monday, which was frustrating. I eventually found a phone number to call and ask for a refund for the extra postage, which was given immediately. It is a shame that a good and efficient service was let down by a less than conscientious driver, who managed to find our address quite easily on the Monday. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 5 stars.”

“We received regular updates on the delivery schedule and the delivery guys were top notch: really helpful and pleasant, even at seven in the morning. I would have given five stars but for one quibble : the online order process said to order that day for delivery the following Wednesday, just a few days. Having paid I then received a confirmation of delivery, three weeks later.”

“everthing good except driver should have rung us 30 minutes before delivery but did'nt resulting in my father in law was still in bed. we were going down to meet this delivery but did'nt receive any call so when we got there they had already delivered.”

“Bought a cooker, cheaper than most found online, delivered exactly when they said and it looks perfect. Not got it wired up so not used yet so not sure if it works perfectly but had to write this review so they would stop sending feedback emails!”

“Great service. Great delivery men. The main problem is that the wire on the plug isn't long enough to reach my plug point so I have had to use an extension lead which is not ideal particularly in a kitchen. The wire I doubt would reach many plugs as it is very short. Only if you had a plug point immediately behind your fridge and that isn't very good for easy access. Might be an idea if you advertise the length of the electrical wire on your advert.”

“Struggled with a delivery day to match a day when someone would be in, apart from that the service was very good, the delivery men unpacked the fridge freezer and put in place, with just my wife in these men went above and beyond, and a great thanks goes to these men.”

“No problem at all dealing with you. I hadn’t realised how far the depot was from your showroom. I wasn’t happy using your ‘help line’ and found it infuriating and frustrating. After negotiating interminable options nobody answered. I only wanted to know the opening times. Had I spent more time with the web site I could have found them. Appliances all excellent and faultless. Will use you again but hope I never have to phone you.”
