“Quick efficient delivery. The only down side is a follow up call to try and sell insurance cover. Put a box on the order to say 'I wish to purchase insurance cover" would be better.”

“Great appliances, good price. Had to wait about 2 weeks to get goods delivered which isn’t great . Kept in touch which is really good but they failed to ring 30minutes before delivery as I had requested. We were told to make sure the men undid the goods and we checked them but the men didn’t want to undo goods as they wouldn’t get all the deliveries done if they did this for customers. But we love the appliances !”

“*Placed order by phone, no problem. *Found warehouse in Elland,no problem. *Member of staff polite, checked details on computer, no problem. *Wait for item to reach reception took a little longer than expected, apologies from reception staff member. *Freezer appears to be working well.”

“No problem the delivery men took my old machine even though they had to come upstairs to deliver the one and take the old one. I however had to bring the new washer into the kitchen and i eventurally got the bolts of the back of it. I managed to set it up myself and it works a dream. Thank you .”

“Paid for the next day delivery, but got it a day late. AD refunded me the extra paid for next day delivery. All in all AD deserve 4.5 out of 5, as they were one of the best prices off the Internet.”

“The oven I bought for my daughter was very good value for money and is both functional and cosmetically pleasing. I could have done without the follow-up call trying to sell me breakdown cover, which was delivered in an extremely patronising manner by someone who spoke to me as though I was seven, rather than 67.”

“Very easy process, but I paid extra for next day delivery (Thursday) and the driver reported that he couldn't find the address. He didn't try to call for directions. The delivery then happened on the Monday, which was frustrating. I eventually found a phone number to call and ask for a refund for the extra postage, which was given immediately. It is a shame that a good and efficient service was let down by a less than conscientious driver, who managed to find our address quite easily on the Monday. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 5 stars.”

“We received regular updates on the delivery schedule and the delivery guys were top notch: really helpful and pleasant, even at seven in the morning. I would have given five stars but for one quibble : the online order process said to order that day for delivery the following Wednesday, just a few days. Having paid I then received a confirmation of delivery, three weeks later.”
