Very easy process, but I paid extra for next day delivery (Thursday) and the driver reported that he couldn't find the address. He didn't try to call for directions. The delivery then happened on the Monday, which was frustrating. I eventually found a phone number to call and ask for a refund for the extra postage, which was given immediately.
It is a shame that a good and efficient service was let down by a less than conscientious driver, who managed to find our address quite easily on the Monday. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 5 stars.
