I ordered a cooker hood express delivery which, unfortunately had slight damage to the chimney when unpacked. When I contacted appliances direct they were so helpful, offered me a spare part but were out of stock and therefore a full replacement. The original was collected the next day and the replacement was with me the day after that. It was totally hassle free and the customer service was great and professional. For that reason, I will definitely shop there again as sometimes returns and problems, should they arise, can be an absolute nightmare to deal with. Well done :)
