Overall a positive experience. Good choice, reasonable pricing, good delivery experience, although the packing could have been considerably better. I would like to see, preferably prior to dispatch a description of what damage the selected item shows. All these items are either "shop soiled" or "returned damaged" for resale. Our washing machine arrived in very poor packing and showing a large dent on the front of the machine and while this damage us purely "cosmetic" and doesn't affect the operation I would liked to have known it was there. Possibly prior advice of what the damage is is not possible therefore I suggest that a description of the existing damage is included with the packing note.
