Ordering was very easy over the telephone as the online service was very busy and didn’t work correctly. Delivery was fast and the tracking of the parcel faultless. My only issue is that to talk with them you have to use an 0871 telephone number which costs money even on my unlimited calls service, would have been a 5 star review otherwise.
