I found it easy to research and buy a hoover from Appliances Direct. Promptly after ordering, I had a call from Customer Services with the intention of selling insurance to me. The chap was friendly, helpful and professional, and it made sense for me to insure my hoover.
Where the service let me down was delivery. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery. However, I got it four days later. So it was a relief to get it.
