“Good customer service, was slightly upset when my order was being pushed back a month however in the end it actually came early so was very pleased!”

“The online purchase and delivery experience was good, with the washing machine arriving when scheduled and without damage. So far (only 6 washes), the Haier HW80-B14636N has performed well. However, there were (and still are) inconsistencies in the information about the washing machine on Appliance Direct's website regarding its warranty (is it 2 or 5 years?). My queries about this were responded to in a timely manner by the Appliance Direct customer service team but they could have been clearer in their communications.”

“Ordering and paying no problem but not impressed with delivery driver not being able to find the address. Not as if it was up a hidden country lane but a big sign written industrial building. Why don't you get your driver's to put the What 3 Words app on their phones.”

“Was happy to pay a bit more and order from Appliances Direct rather than buy my item at a cheaper price from Amazon, as I wish to avoid that company. Appliances Direct's website said delivery would be by DPD and I would be allocated a 1 hour delivery slot. This definitely influenced my decision to buy from Appliances Direct. However, DPD was not the delivery company! I was not happy on delivery day to receive a message from Amazon Delivery at midday saying they were delivering my parcel - and delivery would be any time that day. It arrived just before 9pm. I like the item I bought but feel let down by Appliances Direct. Next time I might as well purchase from Amazon (despite not wishing to) as that's the company that was used anyway.”

“Good price, slight delay from the original advertised delivery date although was notified very quickly and then the product arrived on the specified date. Curtesy call before delivery was a nice touch to confirm delivery arrangements.”

“the price of this air purifier was much the same as offered by other retailers but the delivery service and tracking was really excellent with no hitches at all. The product itself an Electriq air purifier is great and works a treat. I am going to use Appliances Direct again. if you have done your research and know exactly what you want this is the place to get your goods hassle free”
