My chimney hood came damaged and not boxed up very well. When I bought it I knew it may have moderate damage however it was extremely damaged and not good enough to put up. I called and the service was great it was picked up and another appliance was offered and delivered within a week or so. Very please with this and the other 3 of my appliances purchased.
