Likewise, my Smeg range arrived damaged. However, the Returns Team and particularly 'Karla' were quick to order and despatch the replacement parts. No fuss, no hassle. There were also issues with late delivery (down to the lazy delivery driver not Appliances Direct) but again this was speedily rectified. No complaints. I would recommend App. Direct and will use again.
