I bought a portable air conditioner from Appliances Direct, it appeared to get damaged in shipping; the unit was missing a wheel. Appliances Direct were quick to answer and provide me with support to replace the damaged piece and make it right. I paid extra fir Saturday delivery however and for one reason or another this was not communicated with the courier and I had notifications that it would be delivered on a Thursday?
