Appliances Direct were great. However the washing machine when unwrapped the plug had the earth pin broken, I had to cut the broken plug off and replace it, I thought it was supposed to be a two man delivery team it was only one,
The delivery van did not have a tail lift and the driver was dropping the appliances onto a sack trolley.
The back of the washing machine also had a dent in the backplate which I removed and straightened out.
