“Very pleased with the choice, price and delivery. Only one niggle would be to please stick circle stickers on the opposite side of where you have scored the tap hole on the sink tops. Otherwise excellent and will use again”

“I made a mistake with my order and by the time I realised, it had left the warehouse. Customer service was excellent. They managed to cancel the despatch and got me a full refund, enabling me to start again and put the proper order in. Just about to do this”

“Had no problem with delivery, driver notified me 30mins before delivery (which was on time slot) well packed, but on installing rangemaster D/oven noticed a blemish nr printed rangemaster name, rang company very nice person answered quickly, she was very helpfull and said could you send Photos (which i did) and she said they can replace or if we where happy to keep oven they would refund £39 ,so accepted refund, which I thought was very good as it wasnt there fault it had a blemish it came from the factory like that, so top marks from me.”

“Very happy with the communication and quality of item delivered. One tip re the 22:00 last drop off time - perhaps check if it’s domestic or commercial. Very few commercial have access after 6pm. Thanks”
