“We received our replacement humidifier promptly. Your staff were polite and helpful, and kept us informed of the return faulty unit and when we would take delivery of the replacement.”

“Appliance Direct have been fantastic, but the associated saga was not. Purchased an ElectriQ dehumidifier. Because of a product recall Appliance Direct had to swap it for a different ElectriQ dehumidifier. This was OK, until the replacement failed after three months of operation. Appliance Direct had to swap it again. There was no cost to me, but not a good situation. Appliance Direct have been fantastic, and I will use again. But I am not sure I will be purchasing another ElectriQ product!”
