“We needed to replace our old, unreliable gas cooker with a brand new all-electric cooker. Searching online, Appliances Direct seemed to offer not only the best price for the cooker we had in mind but also the cheapest options for delivery and recycling the old cooker. So we went with Appliances Direct and we have had no reason to regret our decision. We were able to arrange delivery on a day convenient for us and the time slot during which we could expect the courier was made very clear and, as promised, the delivery crew called us half an hour before their arrival yesterday morning (10th August). The two delivery guys couldn't have been more efficient or helpful - negotiating the stairs to our first floor flat (we don't have a lift) didn't faze them. They even offered to unpack the new cooker and move it into position, .an offer we declined as we have arranged for our electrician to visit us later in the week to do check all our electrics and plug in the cooker at the same time. No issue taking away the old cooker either. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a new phone which was brand new in box and well packaged(and for a great price). Paid on a Friday for it to be delivered on the Wednesday (the cheapest option) and they sent it on the same day and it was delivered Saturday! Let me know through the whole process and will definitely use them again”

“Ordered my item on Wednesday, paid £20 for delivery on a specific day (Friday) and still waiting my item and it’s Saturday. Spoken to appliances on the phone who read my the tracking details and told me to contact DX Delivery who is closed on a Saturday so I’ve spent two days indoors waiting for said delivery for it not to arrive and zero help from appliances”

“Integrated fridge freezer delivered and installed. When they left I opened the fridge to clean it and the shelves were all jammed in, the back was dented and split. Customer services got it taken out next day. I called them to find out when the replacement was coming, it hadn't been arranged. Arranged for new one, it came on a one man delivery only, no fitting. Lucky he was a good guy and used a few tools he had and some of mine to install it. Told me the first ones hadn't done the sliding hinge properly and the doors would never have closed. Would never pay AD for installment of anything again.”
