“The whole experience was excellent from start to finish the dehumidifier we ordered was delivered within 2 days of placing the order, and I was kept informed of what was happening at every stage. I cannot fault this company in any way whatsoever, from product quality to price and customer service, we will most certainly be using them again at some point.”

“Went above and beyond to ensure that I had a cooker for Christmas. Arranged for collection of dual fuel i had ordered but was unable to get fitted and delivered gas option. Refund was issued quickly. Excellent customer service”

“Delivery booked for 22nd dec, (which I paid extra for) did not turn up, had to go on the net and rebook for the 24th then on the 23rd I got an email saying delivery changed to the 29th, so no washing machine over Christmas, am still waiting for delivery at the moment so can’t comment on the actual machine”

“Well impressed with the whole service. Was needing a fridge a few days before Xmas and this lot had the best delivery slot. Ordered it online and to be honest not nearly 100% sure it would arrive. A follow up call the next day to confirm delivery date and rough time and news driver would call around d half hour before drop. True to word next day driver called, and delivered fridge into the kitchen. Not sure if I was just lucky with he driver, but he was spot on, careful with product, polite, happy, and very respectful of property while delivering. Would Def use again, you get used to putting up with ordering online and deliveries, but hand on heart this is one of the best and easiest orders I've made. Top job.”

“Late delivery and having paid for removal of packaging, the delivery men didn’t want to do it. We have been left with all the packaging. I am in hospital and my wife had to deal with this on her own. Not at all happy with the service. She has no idea where the power lead is as they could not be bothered to show her”

“Basic delivery of fridge-freezer was fine, and as arranged. However the driver refused to take away my old appliance since it was not fully defrosted. I have been refunded the amount I'd paid for disposal but, if you are offering a disposal service, it does not seem unreasonable to expect you to be able to cope with such situations, eg have a large plastic bag in the van.”

“Easy to order . My only issue is that they offer free delivery, but that meant a long wait, so I had to pay delivery to get it sooner. Delivery guy was friendly and helpful though”

“It came a week later. The package is left a floor upstairs and it was a great pain to take it down. I live myself and I had to wait others to help me but still it was so hard as it is so heavy. I called the delivery number and they were being nonsense, didnt help me at all. Plus the package itself was problematic. I opened the package and the tumble dryer was dirty”

“Appliances Direct were really good. No problem there and the dehumidifier is excellent. However, it was delivered by DPD. Absolute cowboy set up with Delivery Drivers that do not give a flying pig (the word pig can be changed into a more suitable one, but you wouldn't publish this review.) I was lucky on this occasion, I was at home looking out the window for him. The reason for my review....previous deliveries from other outlets have used DPD and my parcels have just been dumped at the front door for anyone to help themselves to, and that's even supplying them with a safe alternative place to leave it. CHANGE COURIER COMPANY.”
