“We needed a fridge freezer in a rush and these guys did a great job. Steve our delivery guy was awesome. The product is as we'd expect. But the delivery and extra charges are high! Id order again but not with next day delivery.”

“This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had to try and deal with. At the end of January I attempted to order and pay for a Meaco One Dehumidifier 20L trying several times they did not accept my debit or credit cards a little note stated that they were having problems with online paying with credit or debit cards. I later checked with my Bank NOTHING wrong with my cards. When I then tried to order via the telephone the price had increased by £30 and there was nothing they could do”

“Initially the item had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer services and returned the item to the Huddersfield branch as I live within six miles of. Hey Preston, my replacement was received within 48 hours and is up and running faultlessly so far. Well done Appliance Direct customer service. Thank you.”

“Delivered a faulty machine.Short story hotpoint aftercare said nothing wrong,though clearly broken. Spoke to director, told him all my difficulties resolving issue and got replacement machine,working fine, within 4 days.Very happy alls well that ends well.”
