“The delivery from DPD was a nightmare. It took over a week to be delivered from the original date given. In all fairness Appliance Direct did deal with the problem, it was their appointed Delivery agent that fell short. The Wine cooler was a good product for the money.”

“Simple ordering system, free delivery and a good price. Delivered on time and with 30 minutes notice on the day - very friendly and helpful driver. Fridge is exactly what I wanted and has a reversible door which is not easy to find on integrated appliances. Overall, very pleased with all aspects of using this company.”

“Absolute appalling service, Again delivery was cancelled for the 2nd time informing me 10 minutes after they should have been here with stupid excuses. ArrowXL are just incompetent and their service nil. Then they have the nerve to ask me to rebook which would be not until 13th. You state delivery next day and I am still Without fridge/freezer. I never ever got such bad service so unless I receive the item latest by Monday and a refund I will cancel the order and go to a more reliable company. The reviews won’t encourage customers”

“Appliances direct have been great for me. Found a ceramic hob with the exact dimensions and specifications I needed for a great price. Item arrived on time and was easy to fit. There were a few issues, but these were not the fault of Appliances Direct, but they sorted them for me very quickly and I've got the hob working and it's great. Would recommend and will use again.”

“The packaging of my oven was appalling leading to some superficial damage which to their credit, the company quickly compensated me for. Dealing with the company on the phone and via email was very easy, but they really should sort out packaging, especially with large expensive items.”

“We ordered the Abode Gatsby Mixer tap from Screwfix but it arrived on Thursday and was wonky/ not fit for use. We had the plumber booked for Saturday morning and were in a massive panic about sourcing a replacement. By the time we realised the issue, the majority of retailers that stocked the same tap had gone past the cut off for next day or delivery. Luckily I found the same tap stocked on Appliances Direct which had a much later next day delivery cut off of 9.30pm. I immediately purchased as it was about 9.15pm, the order went through smoothly, and by 12pm the next day the tap was delivered and was ready to fit! I appreciate the wonky tap issue is to do with the manufacturer, but without the incredibly quick turnaround from Appliances Direct we wouldn’t have made the deadline to purchase materials or been able to fit our dream tap - thank you!!”
