“I bought a CD20LE dehumidifier mainly to dry washing and amazed at the result. Very efficient 7.4p / hrs as advertised 12hr+/- to dry double 9kg wash but was in open plan house,much quicker in smaller room. Would recommend this supplier”

“Sold me a fridge they did not have and then gave me 10 weeks til delivery. Then gave other delivery dates so close that they keep you hoping.4 months later, after numerous stern communications to customer services, it finally arrived. Horrible company to deal with.”

“I purchased a brand new Hoover washer dryer that arrived with some rust signs on the top of the appliance. I thought it may be a refurbished one and I requested an exchange. The team gladly accepted my request and extended the 2 weeks term for exchanges until my return to the UK ( left the day after delivery took place ). On my return the new appliance was punctually delivered and it is functioning perfectly now.”

“I purchased a refurbished high-end AEG oven at a very reasonable price. Fast on time delivery. On the first day of use, a hidden technical ussue with the oven surfaced. Appliences Direct customer service acted professionally and fast when contacted. With minimum time and effort from my side, a service technician arrived at my address within 3 woring days and succesfully resolved the issue. Well done. I am happy with the purchase and with the knowledge I can rely on customer service when needed.”
