“Review: Exceptional Service from Appliances Direct – Christiano and Dan are Heroes! I cannot recommend Appliances Direct highly enough after the nightmare I experienced elsewhere. If you want professionalism and actual care, look no further than their delivery and installation team. The Contrast: Currys vs. Appliances Direct To give some context, I had been without a washing machine for over a week thanks to Currys. Their "professional" installation was a complete botched job that ended up flooding my kitchen. To make matters worse, I spent nearly an hour on hold just trying to get them to admit the machine was faulty. It was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. Above and Beyond Service Then came Christiano and Dan from Appliances Direct. From the moment they arrived to install my new machine, the vibe was completely different. They were: Highly Professional: They handled the installation with precision and care. Incredibly Friendly: Their attitude immediately put me at ease after a very long week. Truly Dedicated: This is the part that blew me away—when the machine didn’t initially perform as intended, they actually came back to my property at the end of their long day just to reassure me and make sure everything was perfect. The Result They identified the issue, fixed it patiently, and didn't leave until they were certain I was happy and the machine was running smoothly. After the chaos of the previous week, I am finally at ease. Christiano and Dan, thank you both so much! You are a credit to Appliances Direct and a total dream team. If you’re deciding where to buy your next appliance, save yourself the headache and go with these guys.”

“Paid for the Remove & recycle as well as the Room Of Choice & Removal Of Packaging. When delivered they didn’t fulfil any of the above , they stated they could not take the old appliance because the van didn’t have another room and that they don’t take the packaging away which contradicts the quotes service agreements. I spoke to Appliance Direct and all they could do was give me a refund on the two services which I refused as I just want the appliance and packaging removed. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call back”

“Ordered online and arranged a delivery date (free delivery) we got a phone call on the day of delivery saying they would be at our house in 40 minutes so we were ready for them, they delivered and said we would get an email containing details of purchase later, so no problems.”

“Very disappointing. After waiting 3 weeks for my washing machine to be delivered, I was informed at 21:30 the night before delivery that there was now a delay. The message stated that I would be informed by 15:00 the next day of a new delivery date. I did not receive an update by this time and on calling was told that I would now need to wait at least another 2 weeks for delivery! So 5 weeks without a working washing machine. There has been no attempt to rectify this situation, other than offering a £10 off voucher, which is pretty useless to me, as I am unlikely to use the company again if this is the service they provide.”

“Avoid this company, Over £3500 spent with them and the oven arrived dented and they refuse to replace. Now going down claim backs with bank and then small claims/trading standards. : ( AVOID”

“Item arrived dented, with the box also dented. Plug prong had been knocked off and damaged in transit. I am still fighting for a replacement. Originally I was asked to upload photos and did so within an hour. I was told via email and phone call to expect a response in 24 hours, which I did not receive. I then called back 2 days later, the operator had not reviewed the case or pictures but offered to have the item collected in a few days. A replacement could then be shipped after, increasing yhr time for the whole ordeal. I also am only able to accept deliveries on my one work from home day, which I had planned the original delivery for. Customer service is poor and operators seem confused. Asked same questions multiple times after waiting 15 minutes to get through and being placed on hold for an extended period of time. Ended with them saying they can’t replace is as their stock is now gone. Skip the hassle and buy from a trusted retailer. Avoid.”
