“I bought some air conditioning units. First they showed in stock, and they actually were, which in this time is fantastic. Delivery was next day, just like they promised, which was also great. Overall I’m extremely happy with their service and the competitive prices they offer. I’m a real customer too, two orders not just one, and will definitely use again.”

“Appliances direct should be renamed disasters direct right from the start customer services most unhelpful facility to claim an offered 5% discount couldn't be activated someone called Iqeb was most unhelpful and bluntly short ,I couldnt track my order was told delivery company couldn't be tracked Delivery driver started to moan as soon as I opened the door Taking old appliance away he fought to get it out as he had it the wrong way round ,ripped the pipe of the compressor flooding cooling fluid all over utility floor ,left the new appliance on the pavement outside drove off still moaning an complaining what a bloody fiasco”

“Answer to the question what went wrong ? Pretty much everything. I confirmed my new address with them .They delivered to my old address and left my order on the pavement outside.This was causing a safety issues as well as totally open to theft.When I contacted them they could not even tell when it would be moved .As a result I had to get in my car and get it myself.Good job I did as I have still heard nothing from them”
