“Guys we’re very helpful fitting the machine but clearly the company should review how the treat personnel and a charge customers fairly for installation. GBP 40,- is not realistically covering time and training of personnel. Putting the burden on staff to complete full installation within 20 minutes and not pay the overtime is pretty bad.”

“Not happy at all. One of the reasons I chose this specific model is because it said the carbon filters are included. None were included. Will you supply the two carbon filters that were initially included?”

“After buying a wine cooler in July 2025, it became faulty. Contacted Appliance Direct and within a week the replacement had been delivered and the faulty one connected. Incredible customer service.”

“Helpful information at the beginning. They kept me informed about the delivery date (which I could choose), and the night before I was given a 2 hour time slot which was then trackable on the day, and updated every few minutes. The delivery guys were very quick and efficient.”

“Good display on website with descriptions of each dehumidifier available. Chose the 12 Litre model as we have a large conservatory with attendant condensation when humidity is high. Fast delivery with accurate drop off time. Electiq model noisier than expected but works fine and is already extracting litres of moisture from the room.”

“Bought a bathroom backlit mirror. Originally ordered the smaller size and needed a replacement. It took a week for the returns to be processed and there was a mix up with the size of the replacement but customer services sorted this efficiently and we are pleased with the mirror which is up and working and looks brilliant. We paid for the return and insured it as it was a mirror but the replacement was sent out with no extra cost.”

“The driver could have been more helpful eta was between 9.35 - 13.35 it was delivered just after 14.00. He said he was only the driver so could not help unpack it. The old machine we had already got it outside but my husband helped him put in on the lorry. Bearing in mind we are OAPs it was quite difficult for us to man handle the new one and when we unpacked it the front of the machine was very dirty.”

“Ordered refurbished Smeg duel fuel cooker at a great price . Excellent service. However cooker damaged. The problem was quickly resolved by the App Direct team .Communication by email and text was excellent . The damaged cooker was returned and a new one delivered at extra cost in 5 days .”
