“This was my third appliance I bought from this company and their service remains impeccable. This time something went not quite right with the item I bought (cosmetic damage on arrival). After getting in touch with them they agreed to a slight reduction in the price so I could keep the item. It took one more phone call as they didn’t get in touch with the 24 hours time they had said they would, but after that the money was in my account the next day. Both people I spoke to on the phone were very professional and helpful. My measure of a company is often when things go wrong and these guys have done well. I will recommend.”

“I have used appliance direct several times for larger appliances, competitive pricing, good stock and easy to order and collect. I must say in an age where people are quick to complain when i called to collect the dishwasher the chap at reception / collection was very friendly, talkative and helpful. Even helped me into the car with it. It was like collecting something from a friend. A credit to your company.”

“Thank heavens for Appliances Direct pro-active stance in regard to problems we had with a Hoover Washing machine which had an obvious defect as I was going into an effective black hole when trying to resolve the issue originally via the so called Hoover "customer services" system, who were proving to be exceptionally difficult to deal with and seemed to be more intent on selling me extended warranties instead of resolving the issue. I reported the issues being experienced with the Hoover "system" and Appliances Direct replaced the machine in a timely manner.”

“Our item arrived slightly damaged but that’s where the negativity ends. I called customer service & within minutes, whilst still on hold, an email with a new order was received. My new machine was with me bright & early the next day. Exceptional service! Would highly recommend this company.”

“The whole experience was excellent from start to finish the dehumidifier we ordered was delivered within 2 days of placing the order, and I was kept informed of what was happening at every stage. I cannot fault this company in any way whatsoever, from product quality to price and customer service, we will most certainly be using them again at some point.”

“Went above and beyond to ensure that I had a cooker for Christmas. Arranged for collection of dual fuel i had ordered but was unable to get fitted and delivered gas option. Refund was issued quickly. Excellent customer service”

“Delivery booked for 22nd dec, (which I paid extra for) did not turn up, had to go on the net and rebook for the 24th then on the 23rd I got an email saying delivery changed to the 29th, so no washing machine over Christmas, am still waiting for delivery at the moment so can’t comment on the actual machine”

“Well impressed with the whole service. Was needing a fridge a few days before Xmas and this lot had the best delivery slot. Ordered it online and to be honest not nearly 100% sure it would arrive. A follow up call the next day to confirm delivery date and rough time and news driver would call around d half hour before drop. True to word next day driver called, and delivered fridge into the kitchen. Not sure if I was just lucky with he driver, but he was spot on, careful with product, polite, happy, and very respectful of property while delivering. Would Def use again, you get used to putting up with ordering online and deliveries, but hand on heart this is one of the best and easiest orders I've made. Top job.”

“Late delivery and having paid for removal of packaging, the delivery men didn’t want to do it. We have been left with all the packaging. I am in hospital and my wife had to deal with this on her own. Not at all happy with the service. She has no idea where the power lead is as they could not be bothered to show her”
