“Easy search, easy purchase. A glitch in missing next day delivery. Customer services could not have been more helpful. The delay was looked into, and assured me it would be chased. The following morning they called to say it was on its way to me and it arrived about 10:30.”

“All in all really pleased with the barbecue I bought from them, quick delivery and competitive price. Had a minor problem with the side shelves as they wouldn’t pull out and I didn’t want to force them, but after contacting customer service they explained the shelves may be tuck due to the powder coating and explained how to hold and force them out, once done they now in and out no problem.”

“Very happy with my Vax Spotwash Cleaner and Appliances Direct. There was an issue which caused a delay of 3 weeks but this was entirely due to DPD and nothing to do with Appliances Direct. DPD washed their hands of the problem they caused but Appliances Direct's Customer Services Manager could not have been more helpful and totally resolved the issue although the problem was nothing to do with their service. Based on my experience I would recommend this Company to anyone.”

“Ordered and paid for next day delivery as needed urgently, was advised it would be delivered on that day but wasted day waiting in and it didn’t arrive. When it did arrive the next day it was in the flimsiest thin plastic sleeve, no box or proper packaging. Raised query with customer services and they didn’t even bother to answer. Would never use again.”
