Ordered a hob for my elderly neighbour only to find that there was no electric point to connect it to, so had to return it. Ordered a plug in hob instead which arrived in good time and a full refund was given for the original order.

Pricing was very competitive, however, a little disappointed the microwave we bought turned up without a box and re-wrapped in bubble film. Nothing wrong with what we received - just confused why it appears not to be a new machine.

Easy to order and choose my delivery day, although when spending over £600 i would of thought the delivery would of been free! The delivery guys put it where I wanted it to go. On a separate note the instructions to build the Kamado are not very clear and they are really heavy! The web page won't let me upload any images!

I ordered a portable air conditioning unit from this company, on Thursday 14th August and paid for next day delivery as I needed the appliance urgently. I was given a delivery slot of 17.45-1945 the following day. The unit did not arrive and I only got a text message from the delivery company at 21.57 to say it was not coming due to vehicle issues. you would think that if it was not delivered when it was supposed to be, the company would think, ok, lets get this sorted and deliver it the next day. Oh no, the do not do this, they say I will hear from them with a revised delivery. The representative I spoke to said he would contact me later that day with an update, but as expected, nothing.i then called Appliances Direct who were equally unhelpful and only offered a partial refund of the next day delivery charge. We are now Tuesday 19th, and no phone call, email or text message. I have eventually called Appliances direct, to be told that the first available delivery is now Thursday! The woman I spoke to said she could not call the delivery company and request the next day and she could also not sort out a time for delivery. The woman also lied and said that the delivery company had tried to contact me to arrange delivery. I had no missed calls, no emails or text message. Basically they take your money but do not have any intention of providing a good service when things go wrong. When I asked for some form of compensation she relied that I had already received a partial refund of the delivery charge. This is not compensation, this is a refund of the next day charge because they have failed to deliver the next day. Both they and their delivery company employ people that take your call, say sorry and do nothing to rectify the situation. Also the delivery company's wait time for the phone to be answered was 32minutes! As you can imagine I will not be using them again and will definitely not be recommending them.

Appliance Direct replaced the damaged machine and refunded the installation fee, which I had paid for, Quickly and without any fuss. It is a good firm to buy from and I thoroughly recommend it to any prospective buyer. Thank you.

Delivered today18/8/25 phone call 20mins befor delivery verry pleasant well mannered person introduced his team removed the old appliance installed the new appliance safety checked tested the appliance showed me how it works removed and cleaned up the area what a team in and out in no time no fuss no mess100%perfection am I glad I chose this company to supply and fit my purchase thank you so much

Washing Machine arrived and up to now very happy with it. Good points: easy ordering; excellent that we could purchase a next day delivery service, and you kept us up to date with respect to despatch. The negative for us was in respect of the courier, Arrow XL. We received a couple of texts and emails from them the night before advising delivery between 10:45 and 12:45 the next day, and that we’d receive a call 30 minutes or so before arrival. By 12:45, no call, no delivery, no update from the courier. Was it still going to be delivered and if so when? I called the courier’s head office and was advised they’d call the crew and phone us back within 10 minutes. At 13:40, having had no call from the crew or call back from their head office, the delivery arrived. I advised the crew I still hadn’t disconnected the old machine because it meant I had to switch the water off for the whole house and I was waiting for the 30 minute call, it would take me 10 minutes to disconnect. The crew said they’d tried to call my mobile, but I had no missed calls AND I have call waiting should I have been on another call. The delivery into the house etc went without a hitch and the crew were quite pleasant. We had no concerns the courier did not arrive in the time interval advised. We did have concerns we were not kept up to date by the courier of the revised time of arrival AND we didn’t receive the 30 minute advance call they said they would give. We are considering ordering an American fridge freezer thru yourselves end of September and we’d hope if we do the delivery might run more smoothly.

The engineers kept me informed about their ETA and arrived on time. The job was completed with efficisncy and the old freezer and th packaging was taken for recycling

Happy with ordering process and appliance however was sent 3 different times for delivery which didn’t suit as I had arranged to be at home for the first time given between 3 - 6 then the day of delivery told 12.50 which they didn’t meet then 1.30.

I ordered a fridge freezer and paid delivery and installation. When the new fridge freezer was installed the person who installled the fridge freezer drilled a hole through my cupboard door. I have since made a complaint but they deny any liability claiming that the hole already existed which is a complete lie and I provided evidence to show that the old fridge freezer was installled in a completely different place. Plus the new fridge freezer showed that piercing through the wood. I will never use this company again. They have completely damaged my property.

Appliance Direct were excellent from the start. Advised me on which integrated fridge freezer to buy delivery was like next day and they fitted new fridge freezer easily and professionally, and took old fridge freezer away. Price was reasonable too. Other companies, either just deliver, just fit and not deliver and others don't take away old appliances. This company does it all, the whole package that I needed. Highly recommend them. Well done. I don't often leave any reviews but Appliance Direct deserve this review. Thank you.

Shocking!! - I paid for q dishwasher to be delivered, installed and the old one disconnected and recycled. The status of the order says it's been completed. However, my tenant said the delivery guys turned up and said they couldn't do it. Have I heard anything from the company? No!
