“Haven’t even received my item yet Paid for next day delivery for a fridge freezer for it to not turn up! Called through and BEST thing they could do is rebook for TUESDAY that’s 4 days without a fridge! With kids! Called through today as wanting a refund for the next day delivery payment and for some compensation of the food shop I did to go through it all lady said she’ll put me on hold to see what she can do and hung up on me 10 minutes later!”

“The customer service was brilliant. I had a faulty dishwasher delivered and had no luck with Hotpoint at all. Appliances Direct exchanged it without quibble and a few days later I got an exchange and now all great”

“Had no problem with delivery, driver notified me 30mins before delivery (which was on time slot) well packed, but on installing rangemaster D/oven noticed a blemish nr printed rangemaster name, rang company very nice person answered quickly, she was very helpfull and said could you send Photos (which i did) and she said they can replace or if we where happy to keep oven they would refund £39 ,so accepted refund, which I thought was very good as it wasnt there fault it had a blemish it came from the factory like that, so top marks from me.”

“Very happy with the communication and quality of item delivered. One tip re the 22:00 last drop off time - perhaps check if it’s domestic or commercial. Very few commercial have access after 6pm. Thanks”

“Delivery man was fine. Came on his own! Which was not acceptable! So had to leave the washing machine at my back gate. Washing machine was fine as expected! But the delivery experience was awfull. 2 men should be on ALL deliveries!”

“Warning – avoid Appliances Direct at all costs! My order number 54988364. Paid for delivery to the room of my choice. Arrived late in the evening and despite the fact that I paid to install and take the old one away, they refuse to take it to the apartment on the first floor and state they only deliver to the ground floor!!!! They took the machine back despite the fact they know there is venerable people in the apartment. Called the customer service they confirm that they do not deliver unless ground level!! asked me if I like to rebook the delivery? i thought I misunderstood, I said but they will come and say the same that they can not deliver to the first floor!! she replied YES. Bizarre company!!! Never again. Back to AO pleaseee”

“Failed to deliver in the allocated morning window. Failed to notify us that the delivery was pushed back to the afternoon. Failed to locate the property. Failed to knock on the door. Failed to take my call despite 30 attempts to contact the delivery driver on their mobile. Failed to deliver on the day. They drove off! No communication. No customer service. This left my family without a cooker for the weekend. We waited in all day!!!”

“Easy to order. Step by step information as to when the dryer will be delivered and that the driver would phone me about 30 mins before they would arrive. Driver and his mate arrived when they said, the were pleasant and courteous. Put the dyer where we wanted it, took the cardboard off so that we could see that there was no damage. As stress free delivery. Thanks to all.”
