“Ordered a washer/dryer on 17 September, took a day off on 25 to wait in for delivery only to receive a call at 9.30 to be told that it was cancelled and I’d have to wait another week. Cancelled the order only to be told I’d have to wait up to a week for my money back! Avoid”

“Very pleased with my new tumble dryer. Lots of different programmes and dries the clothes quite quickly. A bonus to be able to put them away straight after.”

“Bought several items over last few years. The condition is exactly as reported. If there are slight scratches or small dents they are generally hidden when installed in kitchen. Might just be tgat packaging is missing. Items are still guaranteed. Customer service excellent (but beware premium tel no),delivery on time and helpful operatives. Saves money!”

“Very clear website to choose item required. When ordering, I could pick the day I wanted to receive my item. Got an email confirmation immediately. I also received a phone call to see if I wanted the item earlier. Then confirmation of time slot on delivery day, which they kept to. Very pleasant delivery driver. All very easy, so I am very happy.”

“Dishwasher delivered and put in hall where I wanted it. After plumbed in 2x days later, had a fault. 3x days later took it away delivering a new one. Driver unpacked new one and used packing on old one, helping to put new one where I wanted it. I plumbed in later that day and works fine. Cannot fault very quick service, no messing about and all for no delivery charge. No stress, no argument, just cheerful service.”

“Easy to order online. Prices are very competitive indeed. Free delivery. The item came which was a hob in very good packaging. I was concerned it could’ve been broken but it wasn’t. The delivery driver was very good and asked me for my pin, which I think is a good thing to have in place. All in all good experience. I’ll certainly use this company again.”
