“Tumble dryer arrived promptly following placing our Order - Good service. However the dryer was badly dented to both the right and left side panels. this was discovered after being unwrapped. The top panel was also misaligned with the front panel. Not reported to Appliances Direct as urgently needed a new dryer. This is aesthetic damage and not particularly seen when in place - lets hope it does not have an adverse effect on the operation or life of the dryer!”

“Bought a fridge freezer from them. Can't really fault them at all. I had to contact them twice for: 1. To get the free removal of my old appliance (because the code didn't work on the website); and 2. After delivery I noticed a TINY brown spot inside the fridge. On both occasions, they resolved things for me very quickly. Easy.”

“Personally I could fault any of the process with my dealings with Appliances Direct. I found using the website very easy to use along with various options that were offered. It was so refreshing not to have been exposed to any sales pressuring techniques that go on in other companies. Finally, the attention to detail about the time of delivery was excellent, together with the courteous nature of the driver. First class service, and I give Appliances DIrect 20 out of 10. Thank you. “My score is not aimed directly at Appliance Direct. Their customer service prior and post service was exceptional. Price of products excellent. The service falls down with DPD delivery company. Horredous delivery company after 3 attempts to get them to deliver had to abandon and cancel order and get a refund. I would buy all my appliances from this company, but unfortunately not with DPD as their means of delivery.”

“Received phone call to tell me delivery was on it's way and how long driver would be. Delivery was spot on time, driver very courteous and delivered parcels to my garage. Can't fault delivery to be honest! Parcels not checked as there were too many to check as driver had to get on with his deliveries.....”

“Very poor service 3 days wasted waiting for a delivery that never came. They booked a slot but never turned up and move it to the next day after 3 days we gave . Asked for a refund and that’s was fine . But poor service. Went out and got it locally”
