Good communications during delivery. Easy to order product. Product seems to be of good quality. Tracking syrem didn't work as my fridge freezer was delivered while the wagon was apparently 5 miles away lol.

2 Faulty Electriq AC units and a failure to pick up the unit going back. Been a customer of Appliances Direct for many years but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Will shop elsewhere for appliances and advise friends to do the same.

Ordering the appliance went smoothly but notice of delivery was sent, on the day of delivery after I had left he house, so so it was not delivered. The next delivery attempt was abandoned because I could not provide the "Pin Number" quickly enough (3or4 minutes) so the driver left again with the appliance. There followed a further notice of delivery, I stayed in with the pin number to hand, but no delivery was made. I contacted the delivery Company with little success. I contacted Appliance Direct Customer Services and received fantastic service. I was advised that my appliance was being returned to them, a new appliance was being sent and it arrived on time. So, overall experience 4 Stars but the Courier could have improved the score.

Washing machine delivered damaged. The review process is taking too long. In the meantime we are not allowed to use the washing machine, so it has blocked up our kitchen space.

Bought a returned electric hob fitted it . Then I test it showed the fault that probably returned it the first time . Not happy . It will cost another £100 to fit a new one . Large heat ring was not inline where the plate should be.

The item we had purchased and which was due to be delivered on Monday 16th June did not arrive. At least we were notified that it would not be delivered. Nobody contacted me to re-schedule so I contacted the delivery firm and the delivery is now set for this Saturday.

Ordering was easy communication great delivery was quick and easy.. i needed to return the product as it wasn't suitable, the customer service polite and professional, pickup easy and refund was paid next day after return.. overall i will use appliances direct again

Ordered an oven, collected it and went to fit at customers house only to find it was faulty. Appliances direct then after speaking to some foreign customer service i was fobbed off to the manufacturer. Now im arguing with them. Not a very good experience

I bought a drinks fridge from Appliances Direct. It arrived quite quickly and their delivery driver was great, he unpacked the fridge & put it where we wanted (we had paid extra for this service) and took the packaging away. However the fridge proved to be faulty. Although it was recording a temperature of 5C our thermometer showed a temperature of 8-10C. Appliances Direct asked us to send photographic evidence, which we did. They then agreed to pick up the faulty fridge up & then provide a replacement. After some discussion they agreed to provide the new fridge & pick up the faulty one in one operation, so we could use the packaging from the new fridge to pack up the faulty one. This is where things got tricky. For this delivery they used DPD. Unfortunately the fridge didn’t arrive as promised - it turns out that DPD had lost it between 2 of its depots. Appliances Direct were great when I rang to tell them what had happened. They immediately said they would recall the missing fridge and sent us a new one straight away. Unfortunately when that one arrived the glass in its door was shattered! Again Appliances Direct were great - they sent a new one the next day which arrived in perfect condition and is working as it should.
