“ Fitted a gas oven that leaked gas. "Gas safe" engineer didn't test for gas. Had to enlist help from British Gas, who told me to go to hospital for CO poisoning (photo attached). Now AO won't even refund me in full for British Gas's visit. This has gone on weeks. They are dangerous and incompetent **DO NOT USE THEM** ”
