What would any customer of AO reasonably expect in the circumstances? That the situation is immediately remedied by way of a replacement, or a refund, including reimbursement for costs of disposal.

Since the fridge freezer went on, it froze everthing in the bottom of it and the temperature in the middle fluctuated between below freezing and 10 degrees without it being opened or changing the settings, I tried several different thermometers to check that this wasnt just inaccuracy of the thermometers i was using, it wasn't, the final straw was then it froze raw meat that was in the meat drawer in the FRIDGE! Contacted AO about this fault and from the get go they were unhelpful, the attitude was rude and demeaning, I had, had it just over a week at that point and was well within the cooling off period, they told me they wanted an engineer to look at it but that was scheduled for 2 weeks later (27th March) - you can't leave someone without a fridge for that long especially when it was them that caused the fault in the first place, they should have just swapped/refunded it in full.

I am ending up paying 128 pounds for the 640 pounds TV which is nowhere return to have mentioned such huge percentage will be deducted from the refund.

I ordered a laptop from AO, received confirmation of the order being completed and then a few days later, the money was refunded to our account with no explanation.

Customer service really bad, they just label people who have a problem as a ‘Karen’ despite the facts. They are refusing point blank to refund faulty goods even on day of arrival and after the allowed first repair. Rude people on the customer service it’s really just giving people the run around. I wouldn’t shop with them again. Not able to get a refund at all two days passed. Still persisting!

AND GET THIS - you have to pay the extra £20 BEFORE you get a refund.

I paid £20 2 days ago for a collection, the driver rang me 10 mims before and said " he had no room im his van to take it, i then had to call up again and was given the next day(today) guess what? The driver said the same thing " oh i have no room in my van" call so'called customer service which were NO HELP just a bunch of muppets on the end of the phone claiming how sorry they were, i ordered for a refund back on my card.

I asked for my refund as it’s now clear they are not willing to help or at least give me the service I paid for.
