"Shopify is great until something goes wrong and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen, I even attempted to get the CEO to resolve our issue and he was just as disengaged as his customer service team.\r\nIt's sad because in all other avenues Shopify is a great platform but in reality things go wrong and Shopify customer support and Management just don't take ownership of issues.\r\nIt's so bad we cancelled our subscription and notified the customer support team on multiple occasions and all you get is the scripted \" that's awesome\" (they say this no matter what your issue is) and then completely fail to do what they said they would.\r\nPlease don't invest time and money into the company until it's very poor customer service is resolved ( this would require an engaged CEO , which they don't have).\r\nIf you want a great platform with lots of benefits who then let you down when it matters and then keep trying to take money from your bank account, then Shopify is for you.\r\nIf you want a platform that resolves issues but doesn't have as many intergration tools but overal works well and resolves issues timely, then I would recommend EKM.\r\nOnly recommended for the nacisstics amongst us"

"This company \"viditer\" \/ viditerz. Myshopify. Com.... Sells sewing machine on a very low price.. Tried to look for their website.. But cannot find it.. The tel no. 441913866821 provided is for a hotel in Durham. And i cannot find their store in the address 423 London Road Glasgow G40 1AG... It`s good I rang first the no and search the address before I plan to order. I don't know if VIDITER is a legit company."
