“SCAM
I ordered a jacket on 13 September 25, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite sending numerous emails to their support center asking for information about the shipment, I haven't received any reply. The phone always sounds busy. It's probably a scam.
Stay away from this vendor”
“At this point they are a scam just trying to get as much money as they can until the authorities close them down. I hope they go to jail at this point. I've ordered from them in the past and have been satisfied. But this recent order has not arrived and there has been no response to emails and no answered phone calls. I have started a dispute with my CC company. The company is a Delaware registered company but the BBB address is in Riverton Utah. If anyone has a good phone number for the Utah address, I'd like to have it.”
“Ordered the URBN pack pack Sept. 2023.still nothing. They charged my card right away. It is now Aug 2024 and I have only 2 messages. They were sorry for the delay but they were almost done. That was the last message and that was in May.”
“I ordered a jacket for my husband mid-March. I received that jacket and it was too small. I returned it for exchange. I am still waiting for it, even though they have had my returned item since March 27th. They are not responding to any of my emails and I can't get through on the phone. I will not order from them again!”
“I ordered - and paid for - their URBN Backpack - which at the time they were heavily promoting on social media - and... just never received it. Not sure they're still in business, but I do still get, albeit with much less frequency, their occasional ad in my inbox. Buy from a real company. I'd give Apricoat a wide berth.”
“I placed an order online with Apricoat on November 25, 2023; received a confirmation of the order on November 26, 2023. It was charged to my VISA on that date.
By December 6th I had still not received a confirmation that the items had been shipped so I sent an email to customer service. I received an auto email back the same date saying that I would get a response with 2-3 business days. I sent another email to them on Dec 12th pointing out that I had not had any further information from them. I am starting to wonder if this is some kind of scam.
