“Used a discount code to purchase the Adventure 2.0 jacket. The next day I see a code for a larger discount. I email them asking them to apply the new code. I also call their phone number multiple times. Two days later I get an email from a Roi, saying discount codes cannot be stacked. I responded that instead of stacking, please just replace. I will return the jacket out of principle.”
