“My dealings were a disaster. The company are crooks. Ordered toilet and paid.. Never delivered, but many excuses - got damaged in transit, new one ordered, out of stock, delivery to come direct from manufacturer, delayed by courier,.... A different person and different excuse each time I contacted them. Finally gave up and cancelled. Refund promised "today or tomorrow" but still not arrived after 3 weeks. Now told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" can't refund at present, and advised to contact credit card company! What a load of cobblers. Just fraudulent trading with no hint of 'service' or ethics. A disgrace to British business. DON'T GO NEAR THEM.”
“Do not go near this company. They failed to deliver my toilet on time, so I cancelled the delivery, then had to make numerous calls to get a refund. When I eventually got the refund 4 weeks later, they had deducted £49.50 admin fee. I’m still fighting that with them. Appalling customer service - they never return phone calls. Avoid.”
