“We spent a long time researching our pool enclosure. From the first call I had with Dominic the sales representative I was very impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave excellent advice. It felt like a big commitment and I wanted to get it right. felt reassured that we were in good hands with Arcus. All the timelines we were given were kept to. The installation Aaron and Ben worked like trojans. Again very courteous and helpful. The product is excellent and I am so so delighted with the end result. Dominic' design was spot on. It's just the right height not to swamp the garden and yet I was surprised how spacious it is inside gor a low level enclosure. My goodness the difference it's made to the warmth is amazing. In the 10 years I've had the pool I've never been still swimming in October!! We would thoroughly recommend Arcus to anyone thinking of installing an enclosure.”
